Great authentic Italian coupled with prompt & efficient service

The food here every time is incredible...try anything on the menu!!! Be sure to end with the tiramisu. As good as the food, the welcome you get when you walk through the door. Everyone is friendly. Service is prompt and accompanied by a smile. We just had carryout for the first time. The salmon acqua pazza was as perfect as eating in the restaurant. Highly recommend this place!

Francescas never disapoints. When the food is as good as I make at home or better. I feel good going out. I hadn't been to the Northbrook location in a very long time and the quality is consistent. I was disappointed when I learned that two of the specials were not made in house. But I just ordered something different. When Italian is being spoken at the next table. You know the Italian food is going to be good.

I really love their dishes. I always get awesome service there. The place is well kept and the employees are always very welcoming. Highly recommended.

My mother and I went here for lunch on Sunday. There were very few people there. I had a lot of trouble with the menu. All the categories and food names were in Italian. I thought I was ordering a pasta dish. It was just shrimp and vegetables. When we talked to the manager she said it was a second course. So I guess I was supposed to order another dish to make it a meal? It was very tasty but I left feeling hungry.

The owner was super rude and seemed judgemental..she stared at us up and down? She assumed just because we came in the restaurant in sweats and sandals meant we couldn’t afford the food really?? The owner just seems like a super judgmental lady ....very typical in the north shore what I can say...lol

I always stop by buying some food in here. I like the speedy service and well cooked dishes. Great work.

This is definitely one of the finest place in the region. Whenever I come there I am extremely happy. They preserve their very high standard service and the topmost level of cooking they give. You definitely will enjoy this this place. Warmly recommended.

I only eat one dish here...Quattro stagioni. Delicious pizza with the egg mixed in tableside.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants on the north shore. Great food and they are perfect for businesses looking for a venue for meetings or presentations. I did a seminar here and the staff did an amazing job. It was very affordable consider the food and service I received for my clients.

Absolute Neighborhood Gem. Really good service, the food is as good as Italian food can be here in States. Everything from appetizers to the main course everything was deliciously prepared and served with care.The place is very friendly with great ambiance. It is by far is our favorite venue. Will be back.

Really nice safe experience.

I was there for my wife's work event. The pasta and salad were decent, so were the appetizers. But the chicken was not good, it looked and tasted like a supermarket frozen chicken breasts.

I went to a similar and had the Chicken with Toasted Potato's. It was very good. The bread was fresh, soft & warm!Our server was a very attentive waiter.I will have to go back to try it's Red sauce & pasta. Very good, very attentive.

I visit this marvelous restaurant many times since I love the good air that is exist in this place. The team is extraordianrillyremarkably friendly and qualified. The service is certainly quick. Also, the food you eat is great. I came often and I was always satisfied. The price is modest. I suggest this restaurant to to all.

The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is great.However, the food is not tasty. It taste like it was toned down in flavors.We ate the halibut and a white fish. It was served with barely any vegetables and any spices, the fish was bland.We had a pizza too, it was OK.If you go to a restaurant for the service, that's a good choice. If for the food, go somewhere else.

Great food. Restaurant was unusually quiet last night, maybe due to Oscars. Service was not up to usual standard. Let's say were not interrupted by wait staff!

Great food friendly staff

As a first timer, I was instantly impressed by the service, decor, and convenience of this location. The calamari is a must here. Our group were very satisfied and a repeat visit is certainly in the works.

The food here is always good. It is a great choice for a slightly more upscale Italian lunch or dinner. However, the parking borders on nightmarish most days because it is a small strip mall with several restaurants and a supermarket sharing a small lot.

Staff is very friendly, and the menu feels authentic. Portions are large, food is good quality.

We are gluten- and canola-free. There was no canola anywhere, and they had plenty of GF selections. We had the best salmon EVER! Seriously, it was fresh and perfectly cooked! Thank you!!
